Project Timeline Acknowledgment

Estimated start dates, completion dates, and project timelines are approximate only and are provided for scheduling purposes as a general guideline. Timeframes are not guaranteed and shall not be deemed a fixed or binding deadline.

Project duration may be extended or delayed due to conditions including, but not limited to, weather, site access limitations, hidden or unforeseen site conditions, material shortages or delivery delays, equipment issues, subcontractor scheduling, permit or inspection delays, customer-requested changes, change orders, or any other circumstances affecting the normal progress of the work.

The contractor reserves the right to reasonably adjust the project schedule as necessary to accommodate such conditions and to complete the work in a proper and workmanlike manner.

By signing below, the customer acknowledges and agrees that any timeline stated in the estimate, proposal, or contract is an estimate only, is subject to change without constituting a breach of contract, and may be revised as conditions require.
